Presumption of innocence

Reports of incidents in places of detention are based on information received by the association from prisoners, their families and witnesses. The circumstances of incidents and individual responsibility are established by the competent authorities and courts. Everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty according to law. We do not identify officers or other persons unless necessary.

Right of reply

If you believe published information is inaccurate or infringes your rights, write to kaliniusajunga@gmail.com. We will correct it or publish your position.
